This is a long-term project and we’re looking for someone who is willing to start part-time and move to a full-time position as the company begins to generate revenue. We’re in the relationships game and hope that our employees are too. There is room to negotiate an all equity, or a pay and equity package as well.

While we’re keen for a full-stack dev, a backend and architecture driven individual would be an excellent candidate. If you’re a natural leader and have any experience/hunger for managing teams or projects that’s even better.

What are we looking for? Well we have a good idea about the tech-stack we’re interested in using but we’re also flexible. – No bullshit attitude. We want someone who is honest, but who can back their points up. – Independent learner. Do you stay up all night reading about new tech or tweaking github code? – Self-starter. While we will want to push you, we don’t want to have to. You know you’re great… show me what you got!

Skills? This isn’t an exhaustive list, and this list is subject to change depending on the successful candidate. For some of these items we’ll need to pick one. We want you to make suggestions!
