Speed Dating for Jobs @ ANU, Canberra (27/03/2017)

Turns out Canberrans can’t get enough of speed networking, with 120 students and 35 businesses crammed into ANU’s College of Business and Economics for a congenial night of connectivity.

Ribit’s third Canberra session in a year focused on retaining skills within the Capital’s thriving innovation community. ANU Vice Chancellor and Nobel Laureate, Professor Brian Schmidt, opened the event and told Channel 9 News that ‘Speed Dating for Jobs’ would help connect the wider innovation network:

‘From all accounts, everyone had a fantastic time. I encourage students to read more about ribit and the support they can give in connecting graduates to industry leaders,’ he said.

Thanks to event partners CBRIN, ANU, University of Canberra, Canberra Institute of Technology and the AIIA.
